Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DuoKap, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the application.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DuoKap on iOS and Android devices owned or controlled by you. All intellectual property rights in DuoKap, including software code, graphic designs, algorithms, and brand assets, remain the exclusive property of Gabriel Palocz (gpzcode).

You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and copyright to all photographs, reactions, and compositions created using DuoKap. DuoKap claims no proprietary rights or license over the media you capture. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your photography complies with applicable privacy laws and respects third-party consent.

DuoKap offers optional premium upgrades ('DuoKap Pro'). Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple and Google store policies.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, circumvent access controls, create derivative works, or use the application in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

DuoKap is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum stability and performance, we do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all device hardware configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gabriel Palocz (gpzcode) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of DuoKap following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
